UIAA Ice Climbing World Cup & YEG Ice Fest Vendor Application

Event Timing: June 20-22, 2025


Event Address: Louise McKinney Park, Edmonton


Vendor Hours:

SET-UP: Each Morning: 7:00am - 8:45am

  1. Saturday, March 1: 10:00am - 6:00pm (Optional to stay until 9:00pm)

  2. Sunday, March 2: 10:00am - 6:00pm


2025 Rates:

  • FREE upon application approval


Set-Up Details:

- Onsite vehicle parking is not permitted (accommodations are made for load-in/out outside of event hours ONLY)

- All exhibitors are require to bring their own tents, tables, chairs and other items for their exhibitor space

- Vendors are required to have and show proof of insurance (minimum $2,000,000 in general liability)

- A Vendor package with additional set up details will be sent upon approval


Payment & Cancellation:

- An invoice for payment for power must be paid prior to set-up

- All cancellation requests must be made in writing via email to climbing@offbeatentertainment.ca

- Cancellations after June 15, 2025 may result in a cancellation charge

Organizations who donate products to the grab bag will be listed as a "Supporting Sponsor" of the event and will receive sponsor benefits and recognition.

Examples include small items, food items, magazines, coupons, etc.
