UIAA Ice Climbing World Cup & YEG Ice Fest Vendor Application

Event Timing: February 28 - March 2, 2025


Event Address: Louise McKinney Park, Edmonton


Vendor Hours:

SET-UP: Thursday, February 27: 12:00 - 5:00 PM

  1. Friday, February 28: 9:00am - 7:00pm

  2. Saturday, March 1: 9:00am - 7:00pm

  3. Sunday, March 2: 9:00am - 5:00pm


2025 Rates:

  • FREE upon application approval

  • Power = $50 + gst


Food Trucks must be approved City of Edmonton vendors


Set-Up Details:

- Onsite vehicle parking is not permitted (accommodations are made for load-in/out outside of event hours ONLY)

- All exhibitors are require to bring their own tents, tables, chairs and other items for their exhibitor space

- Vendors are required to have and show proof of insurance (minimum $2,000,000 in general liability)

- A Vendor package with additional set up details will be sent upon approval


Payment & Cancellation:

- An invoice for payment for power must be paid prior to set-up

- All cancellation requests must be made in writing via email to climbing@offbeatentertainment.ca

- Cancellations after February 15, 2025 may result in a cancellation charge
